tymeframe: lunch-brake sex, fresh air and a snickers bar... wow...
I quit smoking almost one year ago after smoking alot for 9 yrs, still miss it and it's hard to imagine a future without ciggarettes, but i havent had a drag ever since nor have i had 'snus' (swedish tobacco similiar to snuff that you put under your lip) i guess thats good. But i eat so much that i havent felt any physical advantages from not smoking. and i get less chics :-(

I quit 3 or 4 years ago... Still get the craving at certain times. When I posted I had just finished up some loose ends, poured a coffee and didn't want to head right back to my desk... It was the pefect time for a smoke break. I can't just go stand outside for 10 minutes....

dman tymeframe... where do you work? an outdoor strip club? I can see the fresh air and Snickers bars being an easy score, but lunch time hittin? I think I've scored a big phat zero in that category.

I am glad I gave up smoking. It is one of the hardest thing I have done, but I manage to to it. I have not smoked for about 2 years now and glad for it.
I used patches for the first two mouth which help me allot. I did try the cold turkey rout, but it was just too hard.
Sick with it mate. You can do it.
