Swedish resturant (outside of sweden), where a chinese collegeboy frequently insisted that I didn't make the goddamn Swedish meatballs the correct way.

Factory, 12 hous a day, surrounded by BNP supporting notherners who picked on me and made me do the shittest most mundane jobs i once overheard someone saying "get the Paki to do it," and they made me miss my breaks. Until i complained and then got fired.

3 hours , twice a week, in the psychopharmocology dept of a british university, on the payroll of Phillip Morris smoking 10-20 cigarettes a session and grading each of the 26 tasting notes along with "drag" "catch" and other variables.i am now, moreorless, an ex-smoker

When I was a student I got a summer job in a abattoir. It was good money but it put me off eating meat, for a while anyway. I'm now back onto black pudding and full meaty breakfasts again, drrrooollllll, guuurrrggllee....mmmmmmm pork!!!!!!!!

just be glad you don't need to work there anymore. to me that was the part i hated most about these sort of jobs, the narrow-minded people talking shit about other folks, and plenty of racists as well, more often then not the managers etc. were hardly any smarter.. bah!

ha yeah, they were always intimidated/resentful of the fact that i was at Uni and was only doing the job for summer, and the majority of them had been working the same shit job for 10-20 years since being expelled from school at the age of 16.

I worked in a Union factory for about a week. Nightmare.
I had to separate all the union ring and put them in massive bags. The bad part. They did not give you any glass to put on to protect your eye from the fumes. At the end of my first day my eye where stinging so bad I thought I would have to go too hospital too stop the pain.
You now what it like cutting one strong Union right. X that buy 500.
£2.50 hour + Might go Blind.

My worst ever has to be working in a factory that made Y fronts when i was a poor student....
or possibly when I worked on an african sculpture stall in a tent at an airshow. Some pesky kids took out the tent pegs and all the african sculptures started falling on people...

peeling prawns for a seafood restaurant in hong kong one summer...but having said that - i worked with a chinese triad who hooked me up with the BEST opium laced black nepalese hash I'd ever had....so it wasn't all bad

it's more of the people you have to work with than the actual work that makes it a crappy job.
This one job I had to work with this fat woman who constantly talked about her cats, and favorite episodes of buffy the vanpire slayer. she was a tempermental beast.

a friend hooked me up with a job at a fast food place once near worldtrade center, i had to go deliver food to like a bunch of ofices, then in the afternoon i had to hand out flyers, and in the evening i had to clean the basement which got flooded with water.
i couldnt even cut an avocado.
i got fired the same day, they gave me a 50 dolar check.
