Good news, folks. With Sen. Leiberman out of the picture the conservatives can firmly put 'censorship' back on the list of topics they own.

"Considering the moral and ethical lapses of VIACOM during the course of the last year:
• "The Reagans" television movie debacle
• 60 Minutes paying for the Michael Jackson interview
• 60 Minutes stacking their program with anti-Bush authors who coincidentally get published by another VIACOM company, Simon and Schuster,
• Keeping Howard Stern on the air without limits on his content
• The Janet Jackson Super Bowl "wardrobe malfunction"
"The Hollywood Left is apparently so angry, so hateful and so committed to foisting their political views on the American public, that they are ignoring these people in America - "
• the people who spent $360 million on "The Passion of the Christ"
• the people who just spent $109 million in 5 days to go see "Shrek 2"
• the people who are turning away from network news in droves to the Fox News Channel
• and the parents who are locking out more channels than they let into their house

I'm not quite sure how Shrek fits in there.

please noooooooooo ;)

I lock out channels on my Direct TV. That's my right. I'd rather be abel to have that right than having a show pulled from the air.

That woman in the Crossballs article is just bitter because she was duped by Comedy Central, wish I had a copy of that episode...

"i would have boo'd them too.

see? that's why i think the 2-party system is retarded.
OVER AND OUT!
- Gorbie0
"retarded" is a poor choice of words.
try "Morally Handicap"
- DutchBoy0
sorry, in Euro_english then:
'morali handikap'
- Mo20
My guess is the audience was mistaken and thought they were the Bush daughters, not Kerry's kids.
- Gorbie0
my guess is the audience hasn't heard them on the radio, and quickly became confused when they could not sing-along.

====I seriously doubt the kids that were at that event even know what either candidate stands for. They follow the crowd...when thier fave band/artist starts spouting off about how he's voting for brand x, then all the kids start cheering for brand x without even stopping to think what it stands for. SHEEP, I tell you!!!

I haven't got a clue but I wanna go R Kelly on JoJo
damn nucca that's jail bait

I was watching, and I think it was unclear which set of daughters was which. The introduction was so long and they didn't say specifically "my dad is..." can the average MTV audience member pick the Kerry/bush girls out of a line up? I think not.
- dopepope0
The Bush girls are way cuter than the Kerry girls.
- F_180
oh fo' sho'....
- kld0
do they even let the kids into those award shows? I would think its all industry people.
- randomBboy0
2 things
The miami cuban vote hates the democrats
the bush girls were on tape and they cut most of the audience sound when they spoke.
seemed to me they were not booing kerry's daughters but booing the idea of either candidates daughters being there and speaking. Plus they were not there supporting their dads, they were there to try and get kids to vote.
oh and the beastie boys didn't get booed with their anti-bush statement.

"The miami cuban vote hates the democrats"
why is that?
