pre-emptive strikes are ridiculous. I heard some news commentary talking about pre-emptive strikes coming from Iran on the troops in Iraq.
Think about it, Iran thinks that the US might strike against them, so they attack US troops in Iraq first.
Why can the US strike pre-emptively and Iran cannot?
