It's a pretty valid question, as most of the higher-end studios just in Canada, don't offer fair wages as they feel the exposure and awards can put food on the table.

exposure and wages don't bring food to the table. It's nice for your ego, fame and further carreer, but I think they're known with this phenomenon. If you look at the cliëntlist they must have finances to give this employee a good fee.

I can honestly say I don't have enough of the skills they're looking for. And I rate myself. Yes sir. Whoever gets this job is going to be one sheet-hot mofo.

Exactly reaction, (just got yer email btw-will hit you back today fro sure) But they definitely have the funds, also I was curious due to fact they are accepting people with as little as 3 years experience, so that would also make me think they're looking for more of junior/intermediate designer.
The exposure/awards thing is just a cop-out for the partners to take home a higher income, in most cases.
