pilates...now whats that all about...
surely you can't get healthy by stretching and farting
- DutchBoy0
sounds good.. but i don't want to lose any weight, i am working hard on gaining it..gee..
- GreedoLives0
honestly, i thought pilates was bullshit until i tried it. that crap is hard!
won't make you pack on muscles, but you'll get a nice sixpack from it.

hey dutch, you should definately try it. weight is not really an issue with it. you really do feel better after. damn i think i may start it again this friday.
oh yeah, and 10 days even seems to long for me. seriously, i think i just used too much cayenne pepper. it twisted up my stomach and my...well, we'll just leave it at stomach. as they say: hot going in, hot going out. sorry. too much info.

just go on holiday, get a bout of 'dehli belli' and you be cleaned out in no time.

I just did it for 2 days. It wasn't bad at all. It's wild that you really don't crave food or alcohol when your on it.
- rasko40
dude you gotta do 10!!
I think I'm in

Yeah I know, 10 is supposed to be the minimum. Although it's probably good to give the digestive system a break for a couple days anyway. I wanted to try it out and see if I could even go a day without eating.
BTW, here is the part about addications:
Alcoholics, smokers, and other drug addicts will receive untold benefits from this diet. The chemical changes and the cleansing have a way of removing the craving and the many probably deficiencies. Thus the desire for the unnatural types of stimulants and depressants disappears. The usual cravings experienced and suffered in breaking away from drugs, alcohol, and tobacco no longer present themselves during and after this diet.
It is truly a wonderful feeling to be free from slavery to these many habit-forming and devitalizing elements of modern living. Coffee, tea, and various cola drinks, as habit-forming beverages, also lose their appeal through the marvels of the lemonade diet.

i know that, proportionately, there's not much syrup, but it just makes me think of drinking syrup and it sounds gross. what does it taste like?
do you see other benefits like healthier hair/skin/etc?
- lvl_130
the syrup is pretty nasty. you are supposed to use grade b which is kind of sick (not really, i'm just not a syrup fan to begin with)
i found one benefit that you get out of it is Much better sleep. and you really cut your sleep in half after the third day. less sleep but better rest i guess is the best way to put it.

i'm assuming your stress levels went down as well?
- lvl_130
yeah they do.

i did a herbal detox "wild rose herbal detox" , a few months back.
on this one you could still eat certain whole foods. and take a wack load of herbs.
it was awesome, never felt better and you get to have an intimate knowledge of you can.
