whats the most important thing to consider, for you, when buying a new car? Cost probably...but what about look...performance...what you are gonna use it for....mpg...
what is it about cars that really gets you going?

for me, right now, it's MPG and just overall style/design.
i'm looking right now too and am considering the vw passat wagon

I agree with rob, MPG is a key value. There are plenty of all around good rides in the low price ranges these days, from a Mini to a WRX Sube to a good ole' Toyota hybrid...

the most important thing to consider?....don't get ripped-off. Or else they'll do you like a poker game.

design
the same designer who designed my Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS designed the McLaren F1.
mpg is good but i don't travel too much, work is close to home.

MPG and resale, in the 15-25 Range the Mini is king on the latter, and does very well in the former. The Toyota hybrid would be sweet considering gas prices, but the Mini is so cool, especially with a paintjob like in The Italian Job

"is it an allroad?" is job one!

Dude I usually don't brag that much about cars or stuff but let me tell you i got the new Mazda 6 Sport and I can tell you that this car is AMAZING. It has everything you look in the car, solid MPG, outstanding exterior and interior design and plenty of power. I mean I spin this baby at 5k RPM in 4th gear, and when I shift down to 3rd gear up the RPM to 6k and the fucking wheels start squeeling at 70 mph. Man the car is a beast.
Get the one I got and enjoy it.
The price is great. I was considering Passat or Accord Coupe when I was picking mine and I went with Mazda. I have absolutely no regrets.

speakin o cars, anyone want to sell me a Honda CRX in the LA area?
- Bozilla0
Jox it's protective door rubber I think. I guess I can take it off..I think it's useful to dumpen the noise even further when you close the doors. It's completely silent anyways. I just got the 2 tiny red lights to replace those 2 small windshield liquid pumps on the hood. It will look so nice with the interior red lights.

never get ripped again. i would say the best values in the us car market are the scion tc and the mazda 3s. looks, performance, reliability and decent milage.
