yeah they scared it and then glazed it, so it looks grungy but very shiny. quite happy about the floors, they did all lofts/flats differently in each. i chose brown with yellow walls. Hang on I gotz more

Nahhhh it slides across 75% of the loft, so you can move it around. I got stuck on the Scandic design tip and couldn't give it up. ;)
