it's pretty laid back and goofy here. I re-enact at least one fight scene in a kung-fu movie a day, we each have our own music playing, there's always snack food, always playing practical jokes and picking on each other like brothers & sisters (this includes the bosses). Kinda makes up for the fact that so many of our clients are so dreary and conservative when it comes to design. :\
