- BonSeff0

- unfittoprint0

- jevad0
fight it - thats bullshit - where the fuck did he get $11,000 from!!!
- jox0
Sorry to hear that, but how come all that stuff broke?
- monkeyshine0
Did you do all those things the letter states? non-payment? bounced checks? etc...
- tfsmag0
damn cat feces and urination contamination... sounds like you shouldn't live like such a pig!
- ldww0
man if that is all true you really fucked up your apt.
did you break you lease early? because then he has every right to sue you for missed rent until the apt is rented again. but once he rents he can not sue for that time.
yea, where does 11,000 come from? there is only 1150 on there

Call HUD have the place condemed. Always worked for me.
- ldww0
URINATION CONTAMINATION! WTF

Yeah he's just pulling as much shit out as he can. His father and all of his partners are Lawyers so I have a feeling they love to take advantage of tenants. He already sued our neighbors for like $7000. But I'll close my bank account and hide if I have to.

everything has a price to pay.
unfortunately there's always someone smart to do it from a contract agreement.
if that's a contract you or your company signed previously for space occupation/rental.. etc, congratulations you were the dumbest in the world.
I got no further comments because i don't know any details.. correct me if I mentioned something wrong.
- Spix0
"yours truly" yeah right...
- tank0
well i had that to....it sucks

It is all completely exaggerated. Some of that did happen but not to the extent that he says. He's charging us for the Welcome mats. What the hell!
- GreedoLives0
how can he keep using 'vintage' and 'new' in the same sentence? it's either old and used or new, not both.
- welded0
Well, unless you can prove you aren't responsible to the damage and making the place smell like shit (ie. it was there when you moved in and you indicated such on the in-suite inspection), then you're fucked, buddy.
Good luck, though, that's a big hunk of change.
