everything has a price to pay.
unfortunately there's always someone smart to do it from a contract agreement.
if that's a contract you or your company signed previously for space occupation/rental.. etc, congratulations you were the dumbest in the world.
I got no further comments because i don't know any details.. correct me if I mentioned something wrong.
