well .. when i see that price i'm so happy i had the cha,nce to learn with great people while working and not spe, nding that ridiculous amount in a one year course.. even if it's dope : the price is just too high, it ain't right.. how can u charge that much money ..?
that makes it 50000 euros for the 2 years : more than any high end business school here in france..

I am hearing lately that education system in UK sucks big time in the near past. They don't hire quality tutors and US just steals them with money. True? Any takers?

btw. I still wonder about ivrea..

    GOLDEN BOOK

Francesca Rosella, David Slocombe, Livia Sunesson, Magnus Torstensson + faculty Jan-Christoph Zoels, Tony Dunne, Fiona Raby

'The Golden Book' takes another approach to making messaging more precious. This subscription service allows you to save selected text messages in a 'Golden Book' folder on your phone, where they are collected by the mobile phone operator for a personalised book, containing 365 messages, one message for each day.

When you open and read your text messages daily, you have five minutes to decide if you want to save this message forever in your Golden Book. Just one message can be saved per day, and after five minutes, you can't reverse the decision.

At the end of the year, your mobile operator sends you a custom-made Golden Book with your selected saved messages. Each book also comes with a surprise: an extra foldout page with all the messages you received on your birthday. The service could extend into Golden books filled with images, to be used with phones enabled for picture messaging.

The user of the service has a delightful book of memories: a poignant, funny, embarrassing, sweet record of the past year. For the mobile operator, this service is designed to promote the company brand, inspire customer loyalty and prevent customer 'churn'.

i think it's worth it. you're in an environment where you can just concentrate on creating. i'm sick and tired of my job, designing more and more useless functionality for sites.

one good thing is that when you get out, your value as a designer rises, giving you more credibility. people will start listening to you more about the importance of the user experience, which i think is missing in today's commercial world.

I'm only 23 and i know my boss sometimes does not make well thought out decisions...they just don't know the value of R & D, therefore they don't invest in it. They waste more resources on revising.

Man for what I paid for my Master's...unbelievable, especially when i'm freelancing next to a dropout, who just writes the name of the college he went to for a semester on his resume...they say education pays, but I make starbucks money teaching...we'll see.
