GOLDEN BOOK

'The Golden Book' takes another approach to making messaging more precious. This subscription service allows you to save selected text messages in a 'Golden Book' folder on your phone, where they are collected by the mobile phone operator for a personalised book, containing 365 messages, one message for each day.
When you open and read your text messages daily, you have five minutes to decide if you want to save this message forever in your Golden Book. Just one message can be saved per day, and after five minutes, you can't reverse the decision.
At the end of the year, your mobile operator sends you a custom-made Golden Book with your selected saved messages. Each book also comes with a surprise: an extra foldout page with all the messages you received on your birthday. The service could extend into Golden books filled with images, to be used with phones enabled for picture messaging.
The user of the service has a delightful book of memories: a poignant, funny, embarrassing, sweet record of the past year. For the mobile operator, this service is designed to promote the company brand, inspire customer loyalty and prevent customer 'churn'.
