1. Download this:
http://www.uniquent.com/OSXdock.…
(it's Y'z dock, Y'z toolbar and Shadow)2. Extract the file into your Program Files.
3. Create shortcuts for OSXDock, Toolbar and Shadow in your startup menu)
4. Download StyleXP
5. Download themes for StyleXP
6. One of the best themes for StyleXP (OSX look):
http://www.jonmega.com/~iceman/v…
7. (optional) Download WindowsFX from http://www.stardock.com and use the theme from http://www.wincustomize.com/skin…
to get that minimizing and maximizing effect. (carefull! CPU intensive)One more thing to mention. I spent like 3 hours cruising around to find all cool big icons for the dock. It's in the OSXDock folder you downloaded from my server. You can change all icons on the dock by accessing the Dock's Settings.

Jesus! You guys remind me of this car commercial I saw of this guy slamming his Yugo (or some other boxy shapeless car) into a wall , frome the front, side and rear, until it looked like a sports car.
And in the end, it was still just a Yugo that looked like a sportscar.
Get it?

haha.. no that was an Indian cab driver making it want to look like the new sporty Peugeot!
but yea, i dig ya.
:D
I always wanted to have my OS-X look like WIN3.1 or something..

here it is, the commercial:

(2mb mpeg)
btw. can it be labeled as slightly a racist commercial?
it's funny but..
just a thought...(i am afraid i am derailing the topic now..sorry, Boz)

how much ram is that shit stealing?

it makes no sense at all..
but i like things that make no sense..

Sporty,
it's not a resource hog at all, you won't feel it. Just be careful with that WindowFX thing, that sucks a lot of juice because it minimizes the whole window (the same way OSX does). If you have a fast PC it won't be a problem.
Burty,
download that ZIP file I put up. It has nice ass icons for Macromedia and IE and a BUNCH of others..all good..I was looking through the web and found really good ones.

Hey burty is that Milk theme? for StyleXP?
- unknown0
HHAHAAHAHAH...Janne that commercial is sooo funny...
- jpolk0
if you think that is racist....
- Pixter0
...and so there is the perfect operational system.

Pixter,
go to http://www.deviantart.com and download iTunes 1.5 version..it's such a cool OSX theme...
- unknown0
Na.. its Panther Brushed Steel.
About the resources.. i dont notice one bit of difference..
just make sure to close STyle XP after you set your Theme...
you dont need it running to use the Theme.. and the acctually Style XP program takes up a bit of ram.. so just close it.
I am digging this alot..

they have great ones here
just head to the Version 3 part and find Visual Styles
Brushed panther is what im running.. its really tight

Burty,
try the one I mentioned 2 posts above. It's real brushed metal theme without bugs and it matches QT and iTunes perfectly.

I must have one just like it because its real brushed metal and has no bugs too and is by the same author
