i think he means it's anti aliasing.
i think all in all it's pretty smooth and usable.

ah I dunno - this was meant to be a real quicke but the client is dragging it out and I realyl hate this site now...started off with a nice small amount of copy and then kept adding...I know where minge is coming from because it is nasty looking but everything I try the client is like 'No - don;t like that' and never says why...I originally had aliased trebuchet in a scrollbox when needed and it looked nice....it's jsut a mess now....

i would speed up a bit the intro flash, make it more dynamice.. i suppose it has to be smooth and slow.. but it's too slow..
it's not obvious to find the pages (next page ) i 'd put an little something in color or make it stand out a bit more.The layout is simple but effective.. the messages are clear : i like that
id put some more visuals on the background or somewhere.. too much text i thinkit's nice anyway

the typos not bad but it does need some tweaking, on the forst page that fades in, you have 2 words (strategic communication that are bigger than the rest and have a drop shadow - I think these should either be made even bigger so they dont look like an anomoly or they should probably be kept uniform as this is the only place where this treatment happens and it is notably inconsistent.
The type does appear rather small on my screen, perhaps its ok on lower res, the line lengths imo are slightly too long on the inside sections.
There is something with that typeface (gillcondensed?) that has strange kerning issues - on your opening quotes intro the letterspacing seems to big and on the inside pages the word spacing seems to big, this adds to the illegibilty and while its not drastic I think it is worth looking at.
there is a widow at the bottomof the 'profile' page.
Throughout these pages the paragraph spacing is too big.
I didn't immediatly notice the 'next page'
I think the flash icon on the splash page has too much emphasis.
I'm being quite critical but I think these details will make the difference.

yes.. for the visual.. i don't know what this boring client want.. but the pages look all the same.. when u click and come back to the start u don't notice u're back on first page.
i mean either u number the pages and / or change the background visuals : this face is boring ! :)
it will help for the reading and emphasize the content .;

clean'n'clearcut - no bullshit, which is apt for a communications company (though likely deeply ironic).
My only issues - the intro anim doesn't scream 'integrated' at me. Does the boss really require having his face there? (i know, i know) and my eyes might appreciate a bit more variety in the typog. layouts between pages. Also, I didn't notice the subnav links 'til late on.
I like, though did I mention anything about the boss's picture? ;)

I know where you're comnig from...
Basically you've now got a flash site that just doesn't need to be flash, and is infact less useable coz the pages now split over several... for all the content that is there you could lay it out nicely in one html page..

oh sweet jesus - don't even get me started on images!! I have been ahssling and hassling him to get me some - I originally had some sweet stock ones on there (not the usual cheese you find) and he said he didn;t like them and he'd get me some he wanted on there...so he came back with 2 gifs - 250x100 - of some twat in a suit with a briefcase checking his watch outside a big office building.
