the typos not bad but it does need some tweaking, on the forst page that fades in, you have 2 words (strategic communication that are bigger than the rest and have a drop shadow - I think these should either be made even bigger so they dont look like an anomoly or they should probably be kept uniform as this is the only place where this treatment happens and it is notably inconsistent.
The type does appear rather small on my screen, perhaps its ok on lower res, the line lengths imo are slightly too long on the inside sections.
There is something with that typeface (gillcondensed?) that has strange kerning issues - on your opening quotes intro the letterspacing seems to big and on the inside pages the word spacing seems to big, this adds to the illegibilty and while its not drastic I think it is worth looking at.
there is a widow at the bottomof the 'profile' page.
Throughout these pages the paragraph spacing is too big.
I didn't immediatly notice the 'next page'
I think the flash icon on the splash page has too much emphasis.
I'm being quite critical but I think these details will make the difference.
