Last Day of Work

This is it! After 4 years of giving my life to this place I am done today!
pain in the ass cleaning out all computer files and cleaning out work area...
So what has your experinces been on "Last Days"?
What are good things to do on last day of work...? non-violent things,
*Technically next friday is my last day ... but i have 40 hours of sick leave next week. So a mini vacation.
i sent a resume to work for NEXTEL (doing Public Relations). I would love the job since it is less than a mile from my house and since i have been commuting 1-2 hours everyday for 4 years.

Having been through 2 layoffs in 3 years, I have learned to always back up all my work and files and burn them on a CD every 3 months or so. Also make it a rule never to leave too much personal stuff at work. Unless it's a mass layoff Employers don't usually let you stay to clean.
But in your case, take as long as you like. But only if it's on companies time.

i burnt everything yesterday..
about 5-6 CD's worth/.
today i am cleaning out all emails and browser links and personal settings that i amy not want anyone to have access to.

i'm about to have a last day soon too. just scored a cool full-time gig at an apple store. i'll also freelance on the side. i was in a similar situation slinky, 74 mile commute one way. hated it with a passion.
