Our Ntbuddy Bio has some very nice songs ( written and performed by himself)
my favourite sad song by Bio must be
' Youremindme'

I have been in a deep depression for almost a year a while ago, and went to the psychologist.. he was darn expensive and the insurance wouldn't cover it.. but then again he was very crappy imo.
talking lots to good friends helped me out big time...
also try to be courageous and throw your life in another direction; like me: i bought this awesome bicycle, and now I cycle like almost 10 miles daily!! gives me room to think and to get some excercise and fresh air! Helped a great deal, and i must say after one and a half years i am pretty much the opposite of a depression!! :)
Good luck, auricom.
And don't hesitate to mail me if you feel like it.
