This is not working well at all. The largest problem I see is a real lack of design. Meaning structure, heirarchy, aesthetic choices. Given the colors, size of type, large logo, and gray over busy dynamic background issue, as a user I don't know where to look. the composition is busy and cluttered, the type is heavy handed, the layout is busy with no white space (open space) to pause andallow the eye to rest. The menu, which should be at least second or third in the heirarchy is almost last.
don't mean to be harsh, but this is really poor. I think you need lots of work. Keep trying.

the scrollbars are nice and functional, however I don't like that all-capital-letter-font.
the html bg is nice, site is neatly arranged in the center of the screen

swollenelbow, i had to rush to a meeting unexpectedly...when I got back i saw no need to bump it, thats all.
i'm sorry you think my smartclock is copied work. yugops saver was a video piece with a stacking block animation for each digit. i'd love to see the work i copied.

make the 'hit' area on the scrollbar bigger - and bring the menu text out more - maybe knock the bg image back about 20%

yeah jevad maybe taking the alpha down will increase the contrast a bit, which seems to be one of the major issues. the scroll handles could be bigger too. thx.
i wasn't set on the fonts, but i think giving them some attention will shape things up.

Background image is too sharp, blur it or something to stop the eye being drawn to it.
Save the capital letters for the headlines, it's a pain in the ass to read the body copy at the moment. It's missing some characters as well.
Hit area on the buttons top right seems to be too small / not lined up right, check it out.
Put the link to welcome at the top, makes more sense that way.
What's the point of being able to close the right content box down? Pointless functionality only confuses users, if it doesn't do anything then lose it.
Lack of a hand cursor on the links is a pain.
The logo is a bit lost on that background, maybe there should be a panel running across the top for the logo and nav to sit on.
Nice background on the html page though. Good work.
