Thats my point. People are unsure, lost in their purpose.
Marketing fills this purpose with empty material and directs consumers to a lifestyle which is more compatiable with their product.

I agree that it is sociologoical.
But that doesn't mean it exists. That means the very opposite. It is a human construct, created through ignorance, fear and many times through a need to belong.
Marketing builds on this social construct and adds to it.

People don't want the cancer, obesity, depression, or poverty.
People are confused and encourged to be.

I've been told, specifically, to put images of blacks and asians in a few different projects.
Not because we wanted them to buy the product... but because they were the ones buying it. For whatever reason that may be.

Think about what your saying though.
Black and Asians are the ones buying the product so we will hire models that are Asian and Black who in many cases do not buy the product and use them in the marketing.
