i've gotten fined for skating and public drunkeness on different occasions. never paid the tickets, i live right outside of philly. i've always gone there more than new york. but you have to admit the girls are way way hotter than anywhere else around here. nyc too expensive and nothing to conveinent at all. the poon tang flocks there for some reason though. and philly has the delivery service now too, no need for nyc. philly has way more soul. move out ya friggin retarts!
