"Privacy" only exists to keep you busy during your stay.

I do think that if it does come to that, privacy will not be an issue becuase it will not exist.
Advertising will be done in ways most people can't imagine today. Will there even need to be advertising as we know it today? I don't think so. If someone is capable if viewing/storing my every living second, someone else is capable of controlling my mind without me knowing. "You want to buy this" or even freakier "You will do this"
That is the strange area.
On the other side,
symptoms of diseases could be noticed at the earliest stages recognized by you interrnal monitor data using pattern matching techniques and then "Go to hospital..."

"you mean to tell me you would rather walk down a street that has aboslutely NOTHING to offer you but the owners keep coming outside trying to get you to go in and shop in their store as OPPOSED to walking down a street that has EVERYTHING you enjoy?"
Yes.
I prefer to have choice.
That's a god given gift which, even when it goes against me, i f®©king love it.

spamming your nervous system...

What else do you see far down the road. Take a common subject from today and push it through time. What does it end up?

All roads lead to entertainment.

Or, people who deny the data recording, what happens to them?
People who submit someone else's data as theirs? Duplicates. False ID.
People who know how it is all done and can submit what ever they want...real or not.

Choice?
"Yes.
I prefer to have choice.
That's a god given gift which, even when it goes against me, i f®©king love it. "How would you lose your choice? You still have a choice if you want to click on a banner ad or not today. They are just trying to target you to the things the computer reads that you more often buy. This doesn't mean I cannot walk into a bookstore later today and buy a book on a subject that no computer would ever think i would be interested in.
it all sounds like you like the idea of fighting for some rights you think you have.

pave the earth and have Matrix VII projected on the side of a mountain in a national park where you can stop by Smartdust stand, snort a few lines, and have John Ashcroft Clone 3.7 search your intestines for packets of individuality.....

Take for example this Digital Diary thang...
...the 34rd series of The Bachelor will allow him to wear some fancy electronic WangAttachment™ that'll let viewers know when the blood starts pumping as the genetically modified wives-in-waiting get introduced...

There will always be people who do what they can to live by their own freedoms and rules.
Why should anyone tell me what I can and can't do if I am not harming or threatening, etc... another being?

OK, if every living moment of you is able to be viewed remotley, how are you ever private? You may be physically by yourself, no one you can see, but yes, they someone else is there.
Weird, maybe your not really even there. Privacy may be a desired illusion.
