i still think you need to loosen the kerning on "organization through design". it looks so crammed together...and maybe try Agenda for the bottom copy.

#3 works for me! clean and crisp.
the k/o ver's more than likely wont hold for print.also dont forget

I like #3 the moste. It's light. I don't like the black one's they are to havy.

thanks to everyone who gave me crits. My wife has chosen the final logo, #3. I took your advice and made the kerning smaller and gave the bottom a little more room to breath. Thanks again!

wise choice..
but thin that line.. still too thick.. it's competing with the type.. it's way too much..
you can thin it out a bit and get a much better effect..
once you do that.. it will be perfect..

Hi! I like number three -
i like it because it got the best balance and the best visual effect.
the other logo may seem a bit 'heavy' because of the black in it..it seems more organized with a line in the middle instead of a black box -
