NYC for my birthday

been to both, lived in both, NYC for 6 years, Barcelona for 8 months. You are from, where then? If from Europe come to NYC, if from USA go to Barcelona. Spain is quite nice this time of year and the Sangria and Las Ramblas Calle awaits you.

G´damnit, now my girl just walked by my screen asI was watching this thread. She lived there for 1 year and has been mocking me for moving there(from Denmark) AND NOW SHE´S AT IT AGAIN.
Heck, might go; am one one the jobhaters here and recently my back hac been giving me shit. Gonna move to Barcelona and start a grocery..................

Blimey! This thread's still goin'! I really appreciate all yer advice. Bloody good stuff!!! So many folk have been to one or both!! Lucky sods! I'm thinkin' Barcelona is still winnin' on here. I think my girlfriend is swayed towards Barcelona. haha so yeah that'll probably be where we'll be going then!

cessil, you might like NYC then. It's got a lot of crap to do. If you want Western Europe go to Barcelona and the Euro Club Culture thing is and women are hot there. ;)

a lot of my Brit friends dig NYC, yet a lot of them like Barcelona as well. Anyway, it should be fun either way. It might even be cheaper for you to fly to NYC than Espana. Go figure dude? ;)
