I'm so sick of these "oh my god they both have [insert similar font or color here], it's a rip everybody!!"-threads.
And no, Celsius is not the better one. Why? Because it's like that, and that's the way it is.

i say NO rip.
i constitute a rip as actually using an image or swf file, that doesn't belong to you on your site.
HOWEVER, there is no doubt whatsoever that celcius was totally *inspired by FI and lacked the creativity to do their own thing, thereby getting a frown and a half-thumb down from me.

jox: I hope you understood that my post was strictly ironic? If Fantasy Interfaces are the only ones that are allowed to put things into small white boxes, I have ripped them SO many times...

other than layout similarities there is nothing identical about the two sites. geeze, if they had identical graphics AND layout... then i would be inclined to think it was a rip. other wise, it's not loose standards, it's just people picking at something that isn't there.
