yea, i had the maxim that talked about the best special forces in the world. SAS definitely deserve props. there were also the navy seals, green berrets, the russian special forces, isreal special forces, and i think some french group.
i still love the line from commando though when Billy Mack says to Arnold "you ready to get your ass kicked by this green berret?" and arnie says "I EAT GREEN BERRETS FOR BREAKFAST! AND RIGHT NOW IM VERY HUNGRY!"

there was a really good book written about the sas in the 1st gulf war...
thing is unlike other armies who might be good shots or extremely fit etc, the sas are all of those, but above all cold and calculating
