cajo is right, do what he says kote else your gonna loose her for good, you have to be confident, spontaneous, funny and show her that you do care, but, above all, don't grovel, she still must respect you in the end...

mmm. flowers and funniness wont always work. i'm in kinda the same situation as you man - not knowing what youve got till its gone kinda thing. yeah, i'm still really close to my X as a friend but i fancy the pants off her more now than i ever did and i really thing she's "the one". but at the moment she just sees me as a good friend. she had a bad patch a few weeks ago which i was there for her for. We go out together ALL the time but only as friends which is SOOOO frustrating. She knows i want her.
I tried big flowers on valentines day ... and cooked for her on valentines ... taken her out to gigs etc. we are good together and make each other laugh. So, yeah, i know how you feel - it is tough! i really have no interest in any other girls at the moment.
when do you stop though. eh. i'm almost at the point of giving up and giving her a 'goodbye' because i really need to get her out of my head if nothing is goign to happen - its a shame cos i dont want to lose a very close friend!
its a tough call ! but i gotta do one thing or the other!
