did anyone buy the report?
64$ seems a little too high for a pdf document.

My first reaction was that those topics could be researched from a million places and that they were more general than just using Flash. $64 is too expensive. Sorry. nngroup, you might have a great document there, but I think I could get that stuff elsewhere.

definitely cheaper than doing the research yourself... but i wonder how much of that is 'new and revoutionary' and how much is 'blah blah, old news'.
I'd hate to pay $64 and get a bunch of shit like "users like it when your application takes less than 1 second between info screens"
"users like it when things have labels"
"users dislike having to sign up before using the application"what does this all add up to on the part of the nngroup?
BAD USABILITY!
by not giving examples of some of their insights, you don't get the chance to determine if this product meets your needs, resulting in loss of sales.
FOR SHAME!
Amazon is overcoming the inability to 'browse' thru books in a physical setting by presenting scanned pages that allow you to read a chapter or whatever to see if that book is for you.
smart thinking amazon!
BOOO! nn/group

whoops! silly me, they do have a sample chapter after all.
but you can't READ it... only look at the pretty pictures.
