tiled/patter bkgrnd in flash

How do you tile a background or use a pattern for a bkgrnd in flash??
example: Super Looper see background in main part of site/sections.Thanx!!

in the color pallete, if you choose an image as color, it will tile up to any are you give that color.
i cant tell you how to do it, i dont have flash open.

Why don't you make it in Photoshop and import

Yeah, the best bet is to do it in Photoshop. If you try to make one square in Illustrator or Flash and tile that with a series of symbols, that might be a quicker download, but experiment first.

import your image.
Ctrl +B to break it apart (might ned to do it twice, i cna't remember)
get your paint dropper and select the image
fill to your hearts content! it will tile automaticly... you can use a block to cover your entire stage, thereby giving you a bg.
you might want to make it a swatch for easy use later on.
I think you can also use vectors for that aswell, but don't quote me on that...
or the elephant gets it!
