    so started watching Star Wars with my 10 year old on the weekend, i gave her the option.. sequentially by release or by story.. she went with story..

    take aways.. Jar Jar binks was 1000% written for 10 year olds in mind.. she loved him.

    Natalie Portman was in her prime.

    the compositing is ass in a lot of scenes, and this is being streamed directly from Disney+ but there is so many scenes where the CGI elements are super obviously inserted.. color grading off etc..

    and yep, totally hammy dialogue

    we paused it randomly as she wanted a drink and we managed to catch this glorious frame

    • also the whole Anakin vibe in EP 2 is super creepy bordering on rape whistle vibe. HR would be involved .. peak #metooautoflavour
