Excellent work!
"Calories in calories out."
THANK. YOU.
"Zero weight or strength training. The only reason I haven’t is because I want to reach my goal weight and then I will start lifting. If I started lifting now I would get super hungry and start eating more."
I totally get that, but ... the thing is that the more lean muscle mass you pack on, the easier — and faster — it is to lose fat, because of your hyper-firing metabolism, as well as positive hormonal changes. And it's also easier to stay lean (for the same reason) the more muscle mass you put on.
In any case, nicely done. 23 kg in 5 months is no joke. Your calorie deficit must have been bonkers.
- Only thing I would say is to re-introduce beans into your diet. Worth it for the protein and the fibre alone. And excellent for gut health, too.Continuity

- This was my thought as well. Sure, you'll eat more, but you'll need it.CyBrainX
