Currently working on the 'ol CV/Resume.

For someone with 20 years graphic/digital design and 5 years ux/ui experience, do you think it's even necessary to list the Software you are proficient in? Seems pretty daft listing photoshop, illustrator etc as they are a given, no?

In my experience bullets I've already noted about use of Figma and Adobe XD, which are the main softwares any UX/UI job will be looking for.

    • I think that they do be a given. But given how much stuff changes it shouldn't hurt to include them.palimpsest
    • Including them won't look stupid even if it shouldn't be what they're hiring you for.palimpsest
    • Apparently it is useful for keyword matching with job description. Gotta do SEO on your resume these days to get past the filters.monNom
    • Not sure if true but I’ve heard that clickable urls in resume can be flagged as potential malware vector. Unintuitive, but there you go.monNom
    • Thanks monNom! I was going to put clickable URLs in there to link to my portfolio files!
      I'll look into this.
