  I wonder how much of what we’re seeing is a shifting of wealth and power from the high tax northern cities to the lower tax south. Are Florida/Texas the new centers of power in the US? replacing New York and California?

  Lots of wall street moving to Florida. Lots of tech moving to Texas. Trump based in maralago. Picking Floridians in his cabinet... is this a trend?
