Some recent painting with a mate for the book fest here, it was based on the original image 40 years ago by Roald Dahl, I mostly did the background.
Never usually paint such spacey looking stuff so it was fun to try. We did loads of site branding too, but it wasn't as fancy.

- Yeah, I can imagine - I think even laser cutting that'd be a pain in the as to set up :) Do you bridge and then paint over the gaps?Nairn
- It was all so changeable onsite that we were re-adjusting artwork and adapting it on the day, always a weeee bit stressful, vinyl would have been better for defPhanLo
- I cut iit all out and then re-tape it back in so the gaps are in the right place, it's a bit more time consuming but I feel it gives a cleaner line. I just pushPhanLo

- Do you have a laser cutter in uyru rolodex(!)? I regularly do oiled manila stencils fo outdoor artists - try and find someone local who offers that?Nairn

- I should look out a laser cutter person, we know some cnc guys but it's rare we get cut stencils. Reckon a few guys I know in London would get stuff from you.PhanLo
