Twenty+ years of mouse clicking now has me with some carpal tunnel or ulnar nerve issues. Yay. And this just happened out of nowhere.

    • I did everything to avoid carpal and what did I get? Lipoma. There is no way to win. I exercise 3 times a week and now have 2 varicose veins ..coldarchon
    • Years ago, I had severe pain in my back, neck and wrists... I changed my posture, bought a tall desk and that's where all the problems endedOBBTKN
    • Switch the left/right mouse mapping too. I now click with middle finger... my index is fucked.shapesalad
    • Try a vertical mouse https://fulfillman-c…pablo28
    • Posture awareness, a good mouse (that one Logitech), and a kitchen timer on the desk. CDN TM8. Set intervals to remind yourself to take a break..garbage
    • ..and roll through your wrist and hand stretches. About a decade ago had such bad carpal that I couldn't even sleep at night.garbage
    • Don't even notice it now, and thank fuck I didn't go down the surgery route. There are too many cases of the procedure making it worse. YMMV.garbage
    • Me too. I'm now alternating between wacom & vertical mouse and it seems to be helpingletterhead
    • It didn't happen out of nowhere. It happened over twenty+ years.jagara
    • I've heard that Wacom users don't get issues like this. It's such a hard habit to get into. I don't think I'd ever be able to stick with it.CyBrainX
