After 7 months looking and around 50 applications sent I finally managed to get a job.

I'm not going to design or do anything creative. It will be digitalizing archives. From city halls to law firms, from construction companies to museums.

It can be boring but it also can be really interesting especially when the documents are from the 19th century and written in old German style or DDR logos from the 20th century.

Still need to sign the contract but I'm pretty excited.
It doesn't pay much but I work only 20 hours a week and have time for my own projects and for my family.

I have a lot of benefits, I tell you guys about it later after signing the contract, and I have the chance to improve my skills by participating in workshops and making professional training courses in different areas.

I will also follow the recommendation from fellow QBN members and take a year to build a relevant portfolio.

So no more client work from now on, especially no websites.

    Let's see what happens.

    • I was really getting desperate and the mood at home was really shitty when it came to financial issues.oey_oey
