How much vacation time do you get? And how much do you use?
I get unlimited, but it's so hard to think of taking time off as there's so much to do.

- In socialist Portugal we get 22 days a year. Sick leave over 3 days are payed by the state. You only get them after a doctor's appointment.dmay

- About 3 weeks+, but you can easily use 4-6 in a calendar year if you do it right. Plus unlimited sick, floating holidays, dependent care time, etc.monospaced
- I also have FTO instead of PTO. My company offered 18 days before the switch so managers constantly remind us to take days, projects and schedules permitting.shellie
