Spoke with my mom in Texas this morning and it sounds like my stepdad is experiencing numerous Covid-19 symptoms. He was visiting a customer's factory earlier this week, wearing a mask, and gloves, but was around several people who were barely wearing masks, not over their noses, etc. for about 4 hours.

They're 1,000 miles away in Texas and my mom is terrified. She has asthma and a few other health issues. On top of that we'd bee planning on them visiting at the end of November because we've not seen them since October 2019. She misses her grandkids so much, and fearing that this might change them visiting doesn't help.

Stepdad is getting tested today but won't get results till Monday. He's got a massive headache, diarrhea, feels disoriented and confused, and apparently has other symptoms she didn't mention, but no fever.

This is such scary stuff and I hate feeling helpless from so far away.
