So I had a shit weekend. Here goes the comedy of errors, mind the mess.

I retired an old drafting table that is too stained and sliced to be of use to me anymore. Probably had it for a decade or so. I broke it down, and was going to take it to Goodwill over the weekend.

Friday morning: I break my foot.

So I spent the entire weekend bored as fuck, hibernating on the couch. At some point on Sunday afternoon I'm dozing off with a bag of frozen corn on my foot, my dog sleeping on my chest, some edibles in my stomach, and the little robo vacuum was just purring away. It was peaceful.

So while I was soaking in the solace, the little robo vacuum had apparently been bumping into the aforementioned, disassembled drafting table, and eventually knocked it over. A bunch of metal goes to the floor, scaring the shit out of my dog. He hits full panic mode, his claw finds the inside of my nostril, and I wake up to a massive nosebleed.

Word to the wise: Don't break your feet, and avoid cuts to the inside of your nose. One leads to ambulatory problems, and the other leads to days of bloody boogers.

    Fuck's sake.
