Update on the 4:30 AM routine:
It's only been 5 days but I was able to wake up each morning between 4:35 and 5:15
Working out in the morning feels better and I don't think I will go to the gym in the evening anymore, it rendered me useless afterward.
The days I didn't workout was dedicated to side projects or polishing a skill.I'll use the weekends to get the full 8 hours of sleep until the habit kicks in.
@notype, my life hasn't changed but I feel the benefits already :)
