    do you ever feel like your shit is just so unglued and coming apart at the seams and like you don't even know what the point of anything is even and you cant talk to your family about it cuz its all just adding to the burden of your already strained relationships and you cant talk to your friends about it because you don't want to feel like you're dumping shit on them and you cant find a counsellor or therapist in your small ass town that you can stand talking to for more than a minute because you feel like their shits probably just as fucked up as yours is? ever get that?

    • 1-2 fresh squeezed orange, grated ginger and turmeric, black pepper, chilli, cider vinegar. Thats the base one! you could have a shot of this but I mix with mymugwart

      3. break habits (as simple as changing the route you take to your daily destinations)
