I love me some pistachios...
bought a bag of unshelled and thought I'd be in heaven... but I feel cheated... taken... like something is missing
I find myself longing for the shelling step... there's a moment of anticipation that just seems to make the tasty little fuckers even tastier... instead I find myself w/a hulking chewy wad of salted... well—deliciousness—but I still feel cheated.
