I'm feeling bad about the coworker who's been making lots of typos. Basically one guy made her cry last week. So my new dilemma today is designing something that she did first which looks bad, and mine looks somewhat better I think. I'm not sure if I should tone down my design. Man, this is tough.

    • One way is to explain what you did and why, so she doesn't feel left behind and learns something new. Everyone has to start somewhere.face_melter
    • It's the approach I take with praktikants who start doing 3D visuals. Nobody is great right off the bat.face_melter
