Shape layers are different than ur regular layers. You can have a bunch of shapes in one layer, like a group, and even add more later on. The individual shapes should already be centered. The 'grouping' of shapes is what's in your transform (even if there's only one shape). Just go in using the Pan Behind tool and adjust the group's anchor.
- Adjusting the anchor with the Pan tool is what I've been doing but i's a pain in the ass.CyBrainX
