Can't even use a mouse anymore and can't imagine not having one. Have the Intuos 5 (have the wireless option but never use it). So much faster and so much more control it's ridiculous.
There was a HUGE learning curve though (for me at least). A solid two weeks before I fully-adjusted. About a week to get used to it, and then another week figuring out how to hold the pen while typing, getting used to knowing where the buttons ON the pen are at, etc.
I don't use the buttons or scrollers on the tablet portion though, just use the keyboard. Anyone here use the buttons, wheel a lot?
