Photoshop crop tool, gradients on path, transparency as part of gradients, minor 3D functionality in Photoshop. Type features in After Effects, The way AE works with Cinema 4D, The 3D camera tracking in After Effects, Layer effects on Groups, not just layers in Photoshop, The pattern editing in Illustrator,
Most people don't use Bridge but it's not piggish and slow anymore.
I can't say much about InDesign because I don't use it much and don't like it much to begin with. It's so slow and hogs way more RAM than it should.
- Bridge is faster? That would be nice. I'd use it way more if it wasn't sooo slow (CS5)Gnash
