I have started drinking green smoothies..
and to be honest, i feel great.

this last week i started a 10 day detox (ending the day before i go to amsterdam for a long weekend with the boys), and the first few days were super hard.. felt crap and was crazy hungry.

but now, its all kind of normalized..

its also much cheaper, quicker and easier than preparing meals everyday.. plus its much healthier.

    i have so much energy.

    also, i have lost 7kg

    • I'm thinking detox should be more transitional, not as much of a shock.ZOOP
    • auto get the vitamix for your smoothies, serious business. and high five! :)sea_sea
    • "Detox" is a load of shit. The human body is incredible at managing toxins. I think Detox should just be called "Healthy"inteliboy
    • sea, i was looking at a vitamix, alas over her in germany they are like 750 euro (970USD)

    • and i too used to think detox was rubbish, until i did one.. and honestly, i feel so much better for itautoflavour
    • its bullshit to say the human body can automatically detox. it depends on the amount of toxins being put inautoflavour
    • eat bad, drink a lot, drugs.. the body only has so much ability to clean, otherwise it just stores itautoflavour
    • Some toxins do build up. Women and children should eat tuna no more than once a week. If that.ZOOP
    • Mercury levels accumulate. Same goes for carbon monoxide.ZOOP
