Probably you'd be looking at DVD Studio Pro or similar software but I think if you want a different menu for a computer vs. DVD player, you might be better to build two separate interfaces and run them on a dual partition disc. No matter what you do, when you pop the dvd into a computer, most of the time the disc will play the standard dvd player version and I don't think you can detect the device from within a dvd menu.
