I like Rule... used to use basecamp at various gigs... sometimes it seemed that account people could abuse basecamp, by loading it up with semi-useless tasks to make it look like lots of stuff got done... I suppose any software can allow that though
I prefer Rule.fm...
not just free, but all in one place for me..... less fishing around...
- not free anymore, I wondering when I'll have to pay and since there is no reports, how I can get my projects out of therespot13
