Tomorrow I shall attempt to catch one of these:
It moved into my place about 2 months ago and refuses to leave, I wouldn't mind but for the fact it took a chunk out of one of my chickens head's today and terrorises them on a daily basis.
Called the Wildlife rescue to come and catch it but they wanted to charge $300, like that's going to happen. So how hard could it be...
First I'm going to try a snare method with some rope, which I've seen someone perform successfully before.
Then, if that doesn't work, a tree net type of trap.
Not intending to kill it (yet), just relocate it to a better home.
Has anyone done this before? Any better ideas?- i dont like the looks of that birddrgs
